Most people find in their lives that there is a point at which they must choose sides. East vs. West, God vs. Buddha, Good vs. Evil. Sometimes, who we are is determined by the choices we make. But sometimes, the choices we make are determined by who we are.

I'm a Demon. I was born a hundred years ago, from the mating of a Human father and a Demon mother. As such, I am a half-breed. A demon with a human side. A side that eventually became my downfall.

Most people think that demons are all evil all the time. But that's not true. Often, we're just the same as you. We work, we scheme, and it all meshes together into our lives. What we do usually furthers some evil plot, but it's a slow evil. Not the raving scientist of the movies. I was one such demon. My job was to keep criminals on the streets. I was an assistant DA.

The job went well for a long time. I rose in power. Became subservient only to the Triad, in turn subordinate to the Source. And then, like so many other demons in the San Francisco area, I met the Charmed ones.

They trusted me. And my masters would have had me use that trust against them. Destroy them from the inside. And I meant to. But I began spending too much time as a Human, and fell into the emotion that eventually destroys all humans, Love. The youngest of the Three. And so I turned on the Triad. Destroyed them as they would have me destroy the Charmed ones.

And through a quirk in their dealings, I lost my Demonic half. Became fully human. But not fully human. There was always a hunger. A hole that needed to be filled. So when a Seer showed me that the only way to save my love's life was to become the Source himself, I agreed.

What choice did they have? They felt betrayed. And so they killed me. Or tried to. But I was too strong. They killed the source, but not the man. So I bided my time. Grew again in power until I could leave the Purgatory I had found myself in. And when I did leave, I vowed only to use my strength for good.

But it wasn't enough. My love would have not of me. And so my love for her drove me to madness. And madness in the hands of an indestructible being causes nothing but pain. Most of all to myself. On a number of occasions, I tried to force them to kill me. But I was too strong.

In the end, it was my own strength that killed me. I rewove the fabric of time, trying to force through magic the love that would be mine through humanity. And in doing so, I unravelled my own power. Made myself weak. And in my weakness, they vanquished me. And my life should have ended there.

And in a sense, it did.

There is just about nothing unusual about Cole Turner upon first glance. He looks like an average joe, slightly taller than average with dark, curly, close-cropped hair. However, he is an upper-level demon, and as such has a number of powers. He can Flame, transporting himself across great distances quickly. He can form energy balls which he can throw. He can summon people or objects from anywhere, including other realms. He is also almost completely indestructible. Except for the fact that he is now dead.

Edit: Cole believes he is dead, but is in fact very much alive. Cole is also no longer a Demon, but purely Avatar. He still retains most of his powers, but those that are truly destructive or Demonic are no longer available to him. As an Avatar, he has the ability to warp time and reality, as well as augment any spell or power he already has.

Alignment: Cole is no longer a demon, and therefore is not considered Evil. However, he is not Good either. As an Avatar, an alignment spell will show up as both good and evil.

Comprehensive power set:

Dusting: Cole becomes a cloud of dust and can travel anywhere and anywhen among the multiverse. This power is a combination of the Avatar's ability to manipulate time and his previous Flaming ability.

Rewind: Cole can reverse time for a short period and undo what has recently happened. This comes purely being an Avatar. He can rewind as far as he wishes, but drawing too much may draw the attention of the other Avatars.

Summon: Cole can summon anyone or anything that he has seen before. This is one of the powers he picked up in the wasteland.

Recall: Cole can give an artifact the ability to pull its holder back to him. This is an adaptation of his summoning spell, augmented by his Avatar powers.

Heal: Cole can heal himself of nearly any wound, and can heal others at an extreme cost to himself. This is one of the powers he picked up while in the wasteland.

Morph: Cole can transform an object into something else. Yes, this works on living objects. One of the powers picked up in the wasteland.

Spell: Cole has the ability to write spells, but he cannot cast them.

Imbue: Cole can imbue others with any power that he has. One of the powers picked up in the wasteland.

Immunity Cole is not immune from witches spells unless he breaks free. Cole is, however, indestructible. No amount of damage can kill him unless this power is removed first.

This is a growing list, I'll add more powers as I remember them. For all intents and purposes, If the power is not listed here, I will not use it in Milliways.
